Shipping & Processing Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been given to the applicable carrier. If we are experiencing a higher than normal order volume shipments may be delayed by a few days. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on these days will begin processing the next business day.
International Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3business days. If we are experiencing a higher than normal order volume shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are not responsible for delays and or charges due to customs ... Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can take 1- 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping couriers.
If we suspect fraud the order will be canceled.
Shipping addressess cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING
All next day shipping orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders MUST be placed by 1PM EST to be processed the same day. All orders placed after the 1PM EST cut off time will be processed the next business day. Please contact us via email at customercare@stylemboutique.com, prior to placing next day shipping orders to ensure order is processed in a timely manner.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
STYL’EM BOUTIQUE is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. After a tracking number has been issued, the customer assumes all responsibility. For any issues concerning lost or stolen packages, contact the shipping courier to initiate a claim.
